ResellPal works towards building better marketing methods, SPAM has a sale turnout of 0.001% and is a violation of many international laws and treaties.

Using ResellPal's services for purposes of spam is STRICTLY forbidden and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Spam includes but is not limited to an electronically mailing or transmission of a promoting a commercial service or product which includes content on a website which represents a commercial purpose e.g. Banner Ads, which is being sent to an email or recipient who has not agreed or opted in to receive it. Therefore you can only send email using ResellPal services and products if you acquired the email and other information such as first and last name from:

Your Own Websites OPT-IN System, Mailing List Sign Up Form, Autoresponder Sign Up Form provided you stated the frequency of mailings and types of mailing they would receive and strictly adhere to those statements.
Previous customer and prospect lists whom you have permission to send mail to provided you stated the frequency of mailings and types of mailing they would receive and strictly adhere to those statements.
CO-OP Lists who have agreed to receive mailings from a network or website ring you may be part of

ResellPal is based in Canada, however if you are a United States resident you are still responsible to follow ANY AND ALL applicable laws in your country, including the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. Which can be accessed here. All other countries and jurisdictions must also follow their governing laws and should follow this act to adhere to ResellPal's rules and regulations and to prevent any legal trouble.

Including ResellPal, 2Dynamic or any of our companies brands or references (Including Affiliate Sales) in any but not limited to SPAM or questionable mailings and messages is prohibited, no matter how or where it is sent is illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Any SPAM or suspicious mailings without permission from the recipients is strictly not allowed and is illegal. Your membership may be immediately cancelled without notice or refund if you are found to have committed such an offence.

All violators will be reported to the FTC, Authorities and all other agencies who deal with SPAM.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time.
